Shipping, Returns & Exchanges


Shipping Info

 Stocked orders will ship in 1-3 business days from New York City. Made-to-order styles will ship in 10-15 business days, or as outlined on the product's page.

Please consult an individual product page for the best shipping estimate.

 If there is any reason for a delay in shipment, we will notify you via email within 1 business day of order placement.

If you need expedited shipping, please email so that we can assist you.

Once an item has been shipped, we are no longer responsible. We are not able to refund for packages lost, damaged, held, or stolen in transit. For inquiries regarding the status of an unexpected delayed package or package held in customs, please contact the shipping/courier service directly.

US Shipments

US orders will ship via USPS or UPS.

For orders under $400 a flat rate shipping fee of $8 will be applied.

For orders over $400 we offer free Standard Shipping. Expedited shipping is available at an added cost, determined at checkout.

International Shipments

 International orders may be shipped using USPS, UPS or DHL. Shipping rates will depend on the size, weight, and destination of the package.

 All shipments containing orders over 200 usd must ship via UPS or DHL. 

 Prices and taxes determined during checkout do not include import duties and VAT taxes where applicable. The client will be responsible for these taxes wherever they apply.

 If you refuse a shipment from us, you will be responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Dauphinette.


Returns and Exchanges Policy
We do not offer returns at this time.
We are happy to offer an item exchange or store credit for unworn merchandise in its original condition within seven days of the shipment delivery date. Please email to arrange an exchange.
After seven days of the shipment delivery date, we are not able to modify orders under any circumstances. 
For any exchanges, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping, along with any related import fees and taxes. Exchanges or store credit will be issued upon parcel receipt and acknowledgment of the returned order in its original, best condition.
We reserve the right to refuse exchanges/store credit for returned merchandise that does not meet our exchange policy requirements.
All sale items and item exchanges are final.

Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order is placed, we work to fulfill and ship it as quickly as possible.
If you would like to cancel or modify an existing order before it has shipped  (you will receive an email when your order ships), you will be assessed a 15% restocking fee before credit is issued. 
If your order has already shipped, we are unable to modify or cancel the order.
