Sizing

Our one-of-a-kind styles do not follow a standard sizing chart. Please refer to individual product pages for information and measurements.
Styles produced in full size runs will have sizing charts linked via product page.

Shipping

One-of-a-kind orders ship within one week from New York City. Exceptions will be noted on each product page. Please email info@dauphinette.com if you need expedited shipping. You will receive an email when your order ships!
We ship US orders via USPS or UPS. 
We ship international orders via USPS, UPS, and DHL. 
For US jewelry orders under $400, flat rate shipping is $4. For all other US orders under $400, flat rate shipping is $8.
Free US Standard Shipping on orders above $400.
International shipping rates are calculated at checkout, and depend on the size and weight of the parcel. 
We are not responsible for packages once they have been shipped. We do not refund for packages lost or held in transit. Please ensure that your delivery address is secure.

Returns and Exchanges

We do not offer returns at this time. We accept exchanges initiated within 7 days of order delivery. Please email info@dauphinette.com to arrange an exchange.
The client is responsible for all return shipping costs and any related import fees/taxes.
Merchandise submitted for exchange/store credit must be in unworn, original condition. We reserve the right to refuse returned merchandise that does not meet our requirements for exchange. 
After 7 days of the shipment delivery date, all sales are final and we are not able to modify orders under any circumstances.
